Serveskriti 2008-09 :Captivation Through Innovation
This seminar epitomizes the innovative approaches needed by firms
to stay ahead and beat the parity game. Through our endeavor,
through Serveskriti, 2008-09 we intend to look at how the service
sector is reinventing itself and discovering novel ways of sourcing
profit from the hitherto untapped bottom of the pyramid;
how service sector is seeing transformation through Innovation.
Serveskriti this year will be an amalgamation of panel discussions,
speeches,competitions and events, all woven around the
central theme of how innovative thinking is taking the
“cliché” out of the clichéd.
Serveskriti 2008-09 the off beat Seminar comes with :
1. Seminar divided in 3 sessions as
Session 1: Services at the Bottom of the Pyramid
Session 2: Service Innovation: Looking Beyond the Obvious
Session 3: Service as a Competitive Advantage
We have read about it enough on the case studies. It is time to hear from the man himself who founded the concept of Jaipur Foot.It is world`s largest artificial limb provider that changes a sob to smile. We are proud to have Dr D.R Mehta as one of our panelist for the session.
Dabbawalas- Who received accolades from Prince Charles for their errorless service delivery. It is interesting to see that these semi literate people ,without aid of technology have been able to acheive 6 sigma of service delivery. Hear it from the President of Dabbawala Foundation-Mr. Manish Tripathi on their error less service delivery.
